SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Delivery within the United States takes approximately 12 – 20 business days, while international delivery takes approximately 10 – 35 business days to carry out. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

You will be eligible for full refund if the item is delivered after 60 calendar days from the purchase order , or in case you did not receive the item.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly contact us  on our contact us form as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 2 business days to request a product replacement or return starting from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item should be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will pay for return shipping as described below.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of money and we send it to your email via PayPal.

You will then go to your PayPal account and recharge the credit to your card/ or bank by yourself ( This is for your privacy and safety ).

Shipping

In case of return/ refund of an item for any reason :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our main warehouse at Central Zarqa P.O.Box 150173, Zarqa, AZ, 13115, Jordan. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
